Manual work that keeps repeating, integrations between systems that still run on email, admin tasks that aren't scripted yet. I advise, design and build: from scripts and integrations to full web and mobile applications, fitting what is already in place.
Interim project or programme management on engagements that need structure, direction or a restart. I work in steering groups and in the substance of the work.
A second pair of eyes on a running engagement, a decision that's on the table, or a proposal you want to validate. Not a full engagement, just a conversation that helps you think it through.
Van Oosten Advies B.V. is an independent advisory practice based in 's-Gravenpolder (Zeeland). It is run personally by Rick van Oosten and focuses on clients in the southern Netherlands and the Randstad. Small and direct: one point of contact, with end responsibility carried by the same person doing the work.
